If you are logging on here thinking about doing this bootcamp, all I can say is do it. I did it on the 16th Oct and can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done in my life. It was tough dont get me wrong, and there were times when I wasnt sure if I had anything left to give, but I always did, and the marine guys new it. The feeling of achievement at the end of the week can not be put into words.

The staff were always there to support and encourage, the food was excellent, the villas top notch and the sun........well it was there.

I want to do it again as do most of the girls who did it with me. I also made some new friends who will be my friends for life.

I did the bootcamp 16th to 23rd and live in the area. Saturday morning I dragged my self out of bed and with a friend walked upto the cannons the way we all came down, we got up in 29 mins.

Going up Lion mountain next weekend, 35 mins to beat, watch this space.

On the food front, I have finally managed to drink a full cup of tea with soya milk.

This is a fantastic way to keep in touch and continue helping and supporting each other isn't it?

I have also sent you all an email but hopefully, this forum will work for us all.

On the food front - I recommend a fantastic drink (yes, you can add Vodka!).  Just juice 2 apples (including the skin and core) and 1/4 of a lemon including the peel.  Apart from cleansing the liver and giving a huge boost of vitamins - it tastes like lemonade!  I suppose you could add soda water to it if you like fizzy drinks.

One confession, I actually did one sergeant jump, one burpee and yes, you've guessed it a bxxxxxx jump too!  I had to demonstrate these to a neighbour who thought I was mad!!! Hmm.
