Why don't you all let the world know!!

Happy New Year to you all.

Hi Marena,

Hope you all had a good Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!

Re positive thoughts after Boot Camp, am pleased to say I have now lost a total of 11kgs having kept up with Marisa's eating plan which now seems to be just a normal part of life, and that is including Christmas and New Year celebrations!!! So thank you for that, the Boot Camp did exactly what I was hoping it would do which was to kick start me and be the turning point for me to move forward in a positive way. At age 47 I thought I was settling down into middle age spread.....not so! I feel a lot happier within myself and the achievement of completing  Boot Camp has given me a huge boost mentally and physically. I would love to come back for a '4 day' or 'long weekend', with the same group of course! I know a few of us would love to do that...give it some thought!!!! Please pass my regards on to all and hope all is going well.

Karen

I am so proud of you!!  11 Kgs is amazing!  Well done!

We are currently looking at doing a fitness weekend or five day morning routine of fitness rather than an actual bootcamp - your comments would be of interest!!

Keep well

Marena  xx

Hi Marena,

Either of those sounds great! The fitness weekend will be great when you only have a short time to spare but the 5 day morning fitness sounds a perfect combination of exercise and relaxation, maybe for the warmer months? Keep the ideas coming, maybe a round robin e-mail to see what all think? Thumbs up from me though.
