Just wanted to say to anyone thinking of attending a boot camp, La Manga is a fantastic place to try one. I was really apprehensive before hand but I had a brilliant week, the boot camp team are really supportive, the accommodation excellent and the end result I lost 3.5 kg and 9 inches. It felt really good buying a smaller dress size!
I am not a really fit person and had hit 50 earlier this year But I proved to myself I could do it! I am still smiling about the experience.
