Hi Helen,
I've a shortlist of 3 possible candidates - but I'm going to plump for Sarah because I remember having a conversation with someone about cooking when we were having lunch on the day we went up to the Guns. Who ever it was seemed to know what they were talking about and I think it might have been her.
However I'm not 100% sure.

Well done Jenny - and also a good memory.
Just finished today and it was fun - but hard work. What was so great was seeing it from 'the other side'. Reactions and emotions of a group are the same and it takes me back to that week in October. Went on 1 evening walk which was great - and a number of this weeks group are La Manga-ites so maybe we will organise some walks. I have talked to Helen and Tracy too so we will have to get something organised and soon.
Thought you may be interested - as you pack such a punch - that I have got myself a set of gloves and pads - I am going to see if Helen is interested in doing a punching session every so often.
Hear that you are thinking of coming back for another week. Be prepared to see me wealding a knife!

Hi Sarah,
I've been dithering about booking a March boot camp - only problem is I'm pretty motivated at the minute. I've done pretty well since October on the food front and I'm now making fewer excuses as to why I cannot do more exercise so in a way I don't think I really need it at the minute. On the other hand if I don't do one in March it will be October and I am scared in case my motivation doesn't carry me through until October. Then again can I really face those exercises on the golf course every morning? I can cope with all the walking and I can even imagine that I'll enjoy various aspects of the week but its the crawling on the grass and that afternoon with the log that I just cannot contemplate.
I've got myself a trainer who comes once a week which is good motivation and she brings out the boxing gloves from time to time but I haven't actually joined a cardio box class yet which was my intention. There is only one cardio box class a week at my gym which is a Monday night so it clashes with tennis and I'd rather be outdoors playing tennis than inside in a sports hall.
I have however pursued the running and am trying to run at least three times a week and its just about becoming a habit. Last Sunday I took part in my first 10km race. First 7km were fine but last 3 km was completely uphill - I needed Staff Dixie or Staff Greg alongside to push me on because I just gave up mentally. Completed it in 63minutes which wasn't as good as I'd wanted but then again I hadn't expected the long uphill bit - what really hacks me off is that I managed a sprint at the end and I know I could have pushed myself a little bit harder and come in under the hour which was what I wanted.
How are you getting on with the food and exercise and have you managed to keep off the cigarettes? If you are on kitchen duty and I come back does that mean I'll get extra rations!!
Good luck with the boxing.
