Hi Girls,

I did the bootcamp 16th to 23rd and live in the area. Saturday morning I dragged my self out of bed and with a friend walked upto the cannons the way we all came down, we got up in 29 mins.

Going up Lion mountain next weekend, 35 mins to beat, watch this space.

On the food front, I have finally managed to drink a full cup of tea with soya milk.

Well done on both the walk and the soya front!

I have been up to the guns too but from the car park area. Lunchtime walk from my office down to La cala too - the more you do it the better it seems to get.

Tried to get a set of boxing gloves and mitts from my favorite fashion outlet - Decathlon (!) but no mitts. Might have to put that on hold for a bit though as seem to have re-fractured my thumb. Looking for a swift repair - want to get punching and the snow has arrived in Sierra Nevada.

I am drinking my coffee black.

xx

Hi Sara,

I am gonna try for Lion Mountain sat morning depending on Sue getting out of bed early enough and the weather. I have sacked soya milk, but I am limiting the amount of dairy I drink. Doing weightwatchers points to control my weight, got such bad headaches after 2 full weeks on the other eating plan, and I didnt shed a single pound more.

I tried to get the boxing gloves and mitts from decathlon, I bet corte ingles will have them. I didnt enjoy the boxing on the bootcamp, but think I might enjoy beating the tar out of dennis!
